Hi, I’m Michelle! I’m a registered nurse with an MBA, a certification in case management, and a deep love for food that’s comforting, unfussy, and full of flavor. I’ve spent years working in healthcare, helping patients and families navigate complex decisions with clarity and compassion. And somewhere along the way—between long shifts, balancing goals, and managing everyday life—I discovered that the slow cooker was saving more than just dinner… it was saving my sanity.
I’ve always loved to cook, but as someone with many things to juggle, planning meals and staying consistent was a real challenge. I wanted to eat well, feel nourished, and enjoy the process—but without the stress, decision fatigue, or 10 dirty dishes. So I started leaning into ease. I focused on flavor-packed meals that didn’t require babysitting, and I found myself reaching for my slow cooker again and again.
In 2024, I began sharing my recipes on TikTok—mostly as a creative outlet and a way to make cooking more fun. Then something unexpected happened: my “No Sweat Summer” slow cooker series took off, and I woke up to 20,000 new followers overnight. Turns out, I wasn’t the only one craving simple, satisfying meals that work with your life—not against it.
