Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 cup buffalo sauce (highly recommend Sweet Baby Ray’s)
1 packet ranch seasoning (1 oz packet)
2 tbsp butter, sliced
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional but adds depth)
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar (optional—balances heat without making it sweet)
12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
Instructions:
Add chicken to slow cooker.
Pour over buffalo sauce. Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and add butter.
Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until chicken shreds easily.
Shred chicken directly in the slow cooker and stir into the sauce.
If desired, toast slider buns for extra texture.
Top sliders with either ranch slaw or blue cheese slaw and serve.
